- You present treatment options to prospective patients.
- You provide accurate information to patients regarding surgery, pricing, and scheduling.
- You manage and address patient questions accurately, concisely, and in a timely manner.
- You enhance patient satisfaction by delivering personalized consultations, building rapport, and facilitating steps of their patient journey.
- You are proficient in using computer tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and EMR systems for tasks such as results tracking, reporting, follow-ups, and managing patient-related activities.
- You support the organization’s Risk Management program by identifying and promptly reporting patient safety concerns, incidents, or potential risks to clinic management, to assist in the organization’s overall efforts to identify, report, and mitigate risks.
- You have a broad background in customer service or retention in a relevant industry such as cosmetics, retail, banking, insurance, travel sales, restaurants, gyms, etc.
- Your experience as an account manager or sales representative is considered an asset.
- You have the desire to succeed while helping customers achieve their goals.
- You are organized, results-oriented, self-disciplined, and have excellent prioritization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Required: You have excellent communication skills, you speak English et français également (advanced intermediate level of French required due to the nature of the tasks or interactions with our French-speaking patients).
- Schedule: You have flexible work availability Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM (with shifts extending to 5:00pm if needed).
