Location: OttawaAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Engineering Project Manager to lead strategic projects, including new construction, renovations, and equipment installations in a sterile pharmaceutical environment. You will manage budgets, coordinate teams, and ensure projects are completed successfully.Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee investment projects from start to finish.
- Define technical requirements with management and internal teams.
- Act as the technical expert on facilities and equipment.
- Manage contracts, RFPs, and project documentation.
- Coordinate consultants and contractors.
- Plan for future facility and equipment needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- 5-10 years of project and maintenance management experience.
- Minimum 5 years in a maintenance leadership role.
- Experience in sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing is required.
- Strong expertise in maintenance planning and strategy.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
