You'll work alongside versatile, creative, and collaborative teammates.You'll play a key role in the specification, integration, and validation of innovative transportation systems, directly contributing to optimizing overall project performance. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (clients, partners, subcontractors, and other Alstom entities), participate in technical coordination, and ensure compliance with Alstom's standards and processes, and much more.You'll specifically take care of gathering, organizing, and tracking requirements in collaboration with project managers, architects, developers, validation teams, and customers, but also coordinate systems engineering activities, including managing client changes and directives.We'll look to you for:Managing requirements in collaboration with internal and external stakeholdersCoordinating systems engineering activities and managing client changesMonitoring and managing technical documentation to ensure complianceBuilding and maintaining constructive relationships with clients, partners, and subcontractorsImplementing systems engineering methods and toolsParticipating in technical risk assessments and performance analysisCollaborating with validation teams to ensure all requirements are metAll about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
