About Our Client:This manufacturing company located in Vaughan, Ontario is looking for a full time permanent Accounts Payable Clerk.Responsibilities:- Process and review invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Match invoices to purchase orders and verify receipt of goods and services.
- Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain vendor files and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.
- Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting.
- Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.Requirements:- A degree or diploma in accounting or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
