Technical Diploma or Applied Degree in Landscape Architectural Technology or related field Experience in preparing working drawings and construction details Minimum of 7 years progressive contract administration and construction monitoring experience Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects Proficiency in AutoCAD - skills in SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite Excellent teamwork and communication skills (written and verbal) Solid understanding of grading, plant materials, drainage, and landscape site construction and delivery techniques Knowledge of local municipal standards in Edmonton region - comply with local standards, requirements and documentation Knowledge of Construction Completion (CCC) and Final Acceptance (FAC) certificate requirements Comfortable taking ownership of small to mid-scale projects under supervision Valid Alberta drivers' licence and ability to travel to job sites Note: As part of the application process, eligible candidates will be required to successfully complete a CAD proficiency examination
