- Help coordinate the day-to-day operations with friendly and engaging service
- Handle the Owner arrival experience & departure experience, requests & concerns; and react quickly to guarantee memorable moments for our owners
- Booking massages, activities, transfers and dinner reservations
- Maintain cleanliness of all public areas including the lodge, health club, spa, change rooms, washrooms, and pool area
- Ensure Owner homes meet standards of quality and cleanliness
- Perform housekeeping touch up duties as required
- Comply with Fairmont Hotels & Resorts policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
- Service focused personality is essential
- Previous experience in a similar role is an asset
- Prior experience working with RDP or a PMS hospitality system
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example
- BC Driver's License in good standing
- Attention to detail and administrative skills required
