As an Overnight Janitor, you will take ownership of all public spaces and outlets, ensuring that our guests are provided with a clean, comfortable space, and be a part of creating a memorable experience for them.This is a full-time, permanent position, starting April 2026.Starting Rate of Pay: $22.80 per hourWe recognize tenure through our compensation - hourly rates increase after 6 months and then yearly to three years. At three years the pay rate for this role would be $29.30Job Duties Include:
  • Clean all service areas, including cart room, floors, rolling racks, garbage, recycling, and corridors
  • Organizing all service areas
  • Take initiative to add a personalized experience for the guest whenever possible
  • Take ownership of guests’ privacy and belongings, while ensuring exceptional service
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Excellent organization skills and time management
  • Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team with minimum supervision
  • Warm and caring personality; previous housekeeping experience is an asset
  • Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming
