Client Location: Toronto (Onsite: 7.25 hours/day between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday)

Conditions may change based on organizational requirements and at the discretion of the Hiring Manager.About the EngagementAkkodis is seeking a Senior CRM - Solutions Designer with deep expertise in Salesforce, Vlocity/OmniStudio, AODA-compliant solution design, and the delivery of secure, scalable, and integrated CRM solutions. The consultant will support enterprise-level CRM initiatives, design system architecture, develop prototypes, and ensure solutions adhere to public-sector accessibility, security, and technical standards.ScopeDesign hosting and CRM technology solutions aligned with organizational policies, standards, and best practices.Plan, architect, implement, and support complex Salesforce CRM systems.Create and maintain process documentation, technical designs, and build books.Configure and integrate Salesforce with internal and external applications using APIs/web services.Assignment DeliverablesSalesforce configuration and solution design artifactsAODA-compliant UI/UX components and documentationTechnical design specifications, build books, and architecture diagramsIntegration configurations, API mappings, and interface documentationExpertise RequiredMust Have:Demonstrated Hands On - experience designing, supporting, developing, maintaining, and configurating Salesforce solutionsSalesforce Certified Experience Cloud ConsultantExperience with Vlocity platform capabilities, including FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, Calculation Matrices and Procedures, OmniScripts, Vlocity Data Model, and Salesforce.com Lightning Web Components (LWC)Salesforce Dynamic Forms.Experience implementing AODA compliant solutionNice to Have:Experience designing secure, privacy-preserving citizen-facing portalsKnowledge of FSL (Field Service Lightning) configurations.Security ClearanceRequired.ImportantThis is a business-to-business engagement.
