QuotationsThe Customer Service Representative works closely with customers via phone, email, chat, or online-purchasing tools before, during, and after a transaction.Good candidates are capable of:
-Quoting/invoicing
-Data entry
-Researching and expediting customer orders
-Prior electronics knowledge is not critical but a basic understanding of business-to-business transactions helps.We are looking for Customer Service Representatives who meet the following criteria:

-Ability to remain accountable, positively influence others and are comfortable in a social environment.
-Possesses high frustration tolerance and high integrity.
-Desire, ability and personality to deal directly with customers and vendors.

-Post secondary education in Business/Marketing/Commerce, 1-2 years relevant Customer Service Rep Experience OR a combination of education and relevant experience
