Job Description:Job Role: Business System Analyst with experience in OpenText Exstream (Bilingual French - English)Working Model: Hybrid – Onsite: 3 day’s Work from Office - 2 days mandatory Tuesday & Wednesday, 1 day flexible any day from Monday, Thursday, or Friday.Technical Skills (Primary):

Minimum 5 years of insurance domain experience
3 - 5 years Business analyst role for other publishing solutions
Prior systems programming experience
Excellent communication skills
Microsoft Word Excel Access PDF AFP SQL
Excellent problem solving and analytical abilities
Strong customer service focus
Able to multi-task and work independently
