- Support recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
- Coordinate communication between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases
- Assist with candidate onboarding processes, including documentation and coordination
- Prepare offer letters and support administrative aspects of hiring
- Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation with high attention to detail
- Provide general administrative support to the HR and recruitment team
- Help ensure a smooth, professional, and positive candidate experience
- Support multiple open roles and assist with recruitment activities across teams
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or administrative support (internships included)
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR practices
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
