Compensation: $53,125 – $66,407The base salary listed is only one component of our total compensation program. Discretionary or performance-based bonuses may also be awarded. * Implement inventory control measures to ensure the company minimizes inventory while maximizing inventory performance across the branch network

- Monitor and ensure compliance with company parts policies, review parts levels for changes in direction, and provide data to branches to support better business decisions (including processing branch stock cancellation requests for CAT parts)
- Monitor and adjust DBS system parameters in alignment with the business environment
- Review existing reports and tools to identify opportunities for improvement (cycle counting, stock receiving, outstanding documentation)
- Communicate with branches and leadership to resolve outstanding issues and recommend appropriate procedural solutions
- Provide support for Caterpillar Parts Inventory Control (PIC) ordering routines and CAT excess returns
- Update, monitor, and review consignment inventory accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness through manual inventory counts and resolution of discrepancies
- Analyze and process buyback requests, working with branches to ensure parts are received and customers receive the correct credit amount
- College diploma in Business Administration or Office Administration, combined with 3–5 years of experience, preferably in a parts sales or distribution environment
- Permanent, full-time position with flexible scheduling and a hybrid work model (currently applicable; subject to change)
