  • Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Keeping the stockroom clean and organized
  • Maintaining accurate stock records in SAP
  • Identifying suitable locations and put away incoming inventory.
  • Performing cycle count inventory checks.
  • Kitting and issuing articles for manufacturing
  • Picking, Packing, and Shipping articles and kits to customers.
  • Working closely with production control to ensure that kits are available for manufacturing.
  • Disbursing obsolete and expired inventory.
What you bring to the role
  • Ability to acquire NATO Secret Security clearance
  • Experience in materials handling, stockroom and inventory control
  • The materials handling activity physically active and requires some lifting therefore the applicant must be sufficiently able bodied to perform the role
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to work both individually and in a team environment.
  • The position requires good communication skills both written and verbal
  • A valid driver's licence is required.
Additional skills desired for the role
  • Experience in materials handling, stockroom and inventory control.
  • Computer systems and data entry experience.
  • Experience with SAP Materials Management (MM) or Production Planning (PP)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office software especially Excel and Outlook.
