The Continuing Education department of Champlain College Saint-Lambert requires the services of an HOURLY INSTRUCTOR for the course PROFESSIONAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS (350-144-LA).This course focuses on developing effective communication skills within the professional context of human resources support.
Students will learn to recognize their personal communication style, adapt communication to different contexts,
apply strategies and techniques, transmit information accurately, collaborate in teams, and participate in conflict resolution.Required Qualifications :Must have thorough knowledge of and experience in communication, conflict resolution and teamwork techniques and strategies in Human Resources Management.
Must have a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management with a minimum of 3 years of pertinent experience or bachelor's degree in a related field
such as Business Administration, communication or psychology with a minimum of 5 years of pertinent experience in human resources.
