DescriptionPurolator is seeking a Summer Student to support the Human Resource team, including employee file management, disability case administration, and coordination of recruitment and onboarding activities. The role will consist of handling a variety of administrative tasks while providing support to the Human Resources team and employees regarding disability management-related activities, processes, strategies, and procedures.Responsibilities

Participate in the management of job postings and the follow-up of hiring requisitions.
Support recruitment activities, including candidate pre-screening and interview coordination.
Contribute to hiring and internal mobility processes, including the preparation of administrative documents.
Support onboarding and integration activities for new employees in collaboration with internal teams.
Assist with updating employee files and managing data in HR systems.
Participate in the preparation of HR reports and tools.
Support the management of absences and leaves, including communications and administrative follow-up.
Other related duties.

Experience

MS Office proficiency
Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments
Strong communication skills
Able to travel to the office when required
Fluency in French is required
Creative mindset, thinks outside the box and passionate about the employee experience
