Join our client’s dynamic team in Mississauga as an Accounts Payable Analyst and become a vital part of our finance department. This temporary role offers a unique blend of in-office collaboration and the flexibility of working from home, ensuring a balanced work-life experience.What you will be doing:Engage in vendor meetings to discuss trends and performance, sharing insights with Global Product Management.Manage and execute large weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payments for National Accounts.Track and report essential vendor rebate data to management and other accounting areas.Create insightful ad-hoc reports for vendors, management, and clients.Analyze payment histories to identify trends and recommend process improvements.Serve as a liaison between vendors and the Accounts Payable department.Collaborate with IT to ensure accurate processing of payment files.Update departmental policies to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.What you must have:Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience.Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office Programs.2-4 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a related field.Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and develop strategies.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Other Information:
