Are you ready to demonstrate sales and operational aptitude to drive studio performance? Do you have what it takes to offer a best-in-class experience for our growing member base? Look no further - this could be the role for you!In your role as Senior Sales Associate, you will:

Create brand awareness, fuel the “buzz,” and drive traffic in your studio’s community.
Collaborate closely with the Assistant Studio Manager, assisting in day-to-day operations and member engagement.
Get to know your members by name and provide exceptional service.
Step in when your manager is unavailable and collaborate to achieve shared goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge.
Present the OTF concept to potential customers, also known as “intros.”
Handle front desk duties, including answering phones and assisting members with inquiries.
Generate leads and drive traffic to the studio.
Conduct studio tours for prospective members.
Work closely with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout.
Promote and sell memberships to support studio growth.
Follow up with prospective clients to encourage membership enrollment.
Address members’ concerns professionally and objectively, aiming for resolution.
Participate in marketing and outreach events to promote the studio.
Ensure all areas of the studio are clean and organized.
