- Support risk management analysis, including new business, renewals, and claims reviews
- Assist with policy documentation, including updating contracts, endorsements, and bespoke policy wordings as required
- Support all phases of the new business, renewal, and remarketing process, including preparing applications, obtaining quotes, and creating client proposals
- Prepare and submit policy change requests to carriers and proactively monitor their status through completion
- Review policy documents for accuracy and completeness
- Respond to client requests promptly, including coverage questions and requests for reports (e.g., claims data)
- Assist with resolving client, carrier, and vendor accounting matters, including invoicing discrepancies, fee reviews, and collection/remittance coordination
- Support invoicing of policy premiums, including compliance with locally admitted requirements where applicable
- Ensure adherence to WTW and regulatory procedures, including the Willis Towers Watson Excellence Model (WEM)
- Manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and service
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, clients, carriers, and external partners
- Contribute to the growth of practice, office, and firm
- Deliver prompt, professional customer service in a high-volume, client-focused environment via email and phone
- Actively support WTW's values and business objectives
- Bachelor's degree required, ensuring the ability to learn complex concepts and complete professional examinations
- 3+ years of relevant experience, either:
- In the insurance industry (brokerage or insurer), or
- In a client-facing, project-driven role with significant administrative, coordination, and stakeholder management responsibilities
- Strong client management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and competing priorities
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and navigate complex coordination needs
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn, develop, and grow within the insurance industry
- Commitment to obtaining the required Insurance Brokerage License within 90 days of joining
- Aviation experience is an asset, but not required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team
- High attention to detail and the ability to always maintain confidentiality
- Proficiency in English and French, both written and oral
