- Execute 30-40+ outbound calls daily, ensuring each interaction adds value and moves prospects closer to engagement.
- Engage prospects in underserved markets to identify and nurture new business opportunities.
- Effectively qualify leads to ensure alignment with REW's mission and the potential for long-term partnerships.
- Uncover and understand client needs, tailoring offerings to maximize client satisfaction and conversion rates.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, with a focus on driving membership growth.
- Build strong customer relationships and develop a sustainable book of business in a fast paced environment.
- Experience: 1-2 years in account management roles with measurable growth results.
- Communication: Ability to articulate value propositions compellingly.
- Technical proficiency: Experienced with CRM software to manage and track sales activities.
- Resilience: Highly motivated, able to handle rejection and maintain a positive, forward-moving attitude.
