This role focuses on ensuring the quality and integrity of Oracle Fusion Applications through specialized testing and collaboration with cross-functional teams.Required Skills & Qualifications
- More than 6 years of proven experience as a QA Tester with a significant focus on Oracle Fusion Applications.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion modules including Financials (FSCM), General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management, Expenses, FAH, and Project Management.
- Experience in EPM Planning (Financials, Workforce, Projects) and FCCS.
- Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases and plans.
- Solid knowledge of SQL for data validation and querying.
- Experience with defect tracking and test management tools such as JIRA, ALM, or Zephyr.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.
- Experience with Oracle - Peoplesoft Enterprise - Functional - Enterprise Performance Management (EPM).
- Understanding of Testing Concepts, Process, and Methodology.
- Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Procurement.
- Test end-to-end business processes within and across Oracle Fusion modules (e.g., Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report, Hire-to-Retire), FAH, EPM (Planning-Financials, Workforce, Projects), and Project Management.
- Validate reports and analytics built using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI).
- Test inbound and outbound integrations with other systems (e.g., EDI, SOAP/REST APIs, PLSQL).
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Business, Functional, Technical) to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Support business users during UAT, helping them understand test cases and log issues.
- Create and maintain test documentation for knowledge sharing and audit purposes.
- Provide clear and concise test summary reports and status updates to stakeholders.
