Together, we are opening the world to cannabis and making a meaningful impact for patients, consumers, our communities and our A-team.Job summaryThe Maintenance Technician (Millwright) is a critical member of the operations team, responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and compliance of processing and facility equipment within a highly regulated cannabis manufacturing environment. This role supports continuous production by installing, maintaining, and repairing mechanical systems while adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and all regulatory and safety requirements.Major Responsibilities / Duties:

- Regulated Environment Expertise:
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering
- 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or regulated production environment (cannabis, pharma, or food preferred)
- Experience with GMP and GDP standards is an asset
- Experience with preventive maintenance systems (CMMS preferred)
- Knowledge of sanitary design principles and contamination control practices
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
