- Drive business development by prospecting, nurturing, and sustaining impactful relationships with potential clients.
- Generate leads through meticulous research and outreach across various channels, including Email, Phone, LinkedIn, and Social Outreach.
- Convert inbound and outbound leads into qualified sales deals.
- Conduct discovery calls to establish strong rapport and understanding with prospective clients.
- Qualify leads from diverse sources, including the website, marketing campaigns, and team initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in sales, marketing, site development, and finance to leverage their expertise.
- Schedule tours and meetings with both new and existing clients.
- Support the nurturing of long-term deals and relationships within the sales pipeline.
- Contribute to marketing initiatives aimed at driving inbound opportunities and enhancing company visibility and brand awareness.
- Foster trust and solid relationships with both new leads and existing customers.
- Post-secondary education and/or relevant work experience.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of prior experience as a BDR or Sales Development Representative (SDR), preferably within a startup or high-growth company.
- Intermediate proficiency in Google Suite.
- Exceptional organizational and relationship-building skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving revenue and sales team objectives.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
