- Lead and manage QA team members, ensuring timely delivery of testing activities
- Plan, design, and execute test strategies and test cases
- Define and implement testing approaches and methodologies
- Oversee test execution and defect tracking processes
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure quality standards are met
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals
- More than 8 years of experience in Testing (8–10 years required)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in leading a QA team
- Experience in test planning, designing, strategy planning, team management, and troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of insurance claims processes (Property & Casualty)
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC, and STLC
- Hands-on experience in test design, execution, and defect tracking
