- Support seamless front-of-house service across both Notch8 and the Speakeasy
- Assist with mise en place, side stations, table settings, and overall service readiness
- Deliver efficient food running, table clearing, resetting, and beverage support to maintain smooth service flow
- Ensure dining and lounge areas remain clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times
- Collaborate closely with servers, bartenders, and kitchen teams to support timely and accurate service
- Maintain strong awareness of guest needs and assist in creating a smooth, attentive, and elevated experience
- Communicate guest dietary restrictions, allergies, and special requests clearly and accurately to the team
- Support private dining, events, and special functions as required, including setup and teardown
- Uphold all service standards, operational procedures, and brand expectations across both outlets
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines when handling food and beverage items
- Provide additional support duties as required to ensure efficient and successful service operations
- At least 1 year of experience in an upscale, high-volume restaurant or bar environment
- Previous luxury hotel experience is an asset
- A service-focused mindset with a calm, professional, and engaging demeanor
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
- Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to service
- High level of reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Knowledge of food, wine, beer, and cocktails is an asset
- Valid Serving It Right Certification
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Constant standing and walking throughout the shift
- Frequent lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs.
- Frequent kneeling, pushing, and pulling
- Frequent ascending or descending ladders, stairs, and ramps
- Ability to carry multiple plates and support fast-paced service environments
