They are now looking for you, an experienced Project Manager who thrives on leading complex institutional builds and is motivated by the opportunity to play a key role on a $10M university project in Toronto.About You
- You're not just managing a site, you're leading people, driving outcomes, and elevating performance
- Proven experience working with a General Contractor on comparable commercial and institutional projects
- Strong background in institutional construction
- Experience delivering projects under IPD, progressive design-build, or design-build contracts
- A collaborative mindset, you know how to align consultants, trades, ownership groups and internal teams
- Motivated, driven, and solutions-oriented with a passion for building exceptional projects
- A natural leader who takes ownership and drives accountability on-site
- You understand that complex projects demand proactive coordination, transparent communication, and disciplined execution, and you thrive in that environment
- Great client management skills
- Established and growing GC with strong financial footing
- Leadership team purpose-built to navigate larger, more complex builds
- Diverse and active project portfolio across education, residential, commercial and institutional sectors
- Defined career progression as the company continues to scale
- Competitive compensation package:
- $130,000 to $150,000 base salary
