What We're looking for from you - If this describes you, we'd love to meet!
  • 1 to 2 years of administrative experience in a oil and gas or construction environment
  • A passion for getting into the administrative field
  • Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and with confidence
  • Self directed, able to set priorities and meet deadlines
  • High degree of competence, reliability and judgement demonstrated in all aspects of work
  • Intermediate to advanced skills with G-Suite an asset
  • experience with Trackopolis, or Bis Safety is a significant asset.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record for city-wide deliveries.
Duties:
  • Responsible for the total data integrity of the fleet through Trackopolis; including new vehicle onboarding, maintenance tracking.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for external vendors to ensure fleet, tool, and facility repairs are completed on time and within scope.
  • Streamline the submission and tracking of Purchase Order Requests (PORs) for all Field, Fleet, and Leduc-based services, ensuring all financial documentation aligns with project codes and budgetary requirements.
  • Execute frequent city-wide deliveries and pick-ups of parts, equipment, and documents using an Alstar vehicle. This requires efficient route planning and the safe handling of goods to ensure field teams have necessary resources without delay.
  • Support the execution of in-house drug and alcohol testing protocols with strict confidentiality.
  • Assist in the managing of the readiness of field workers by coordinating orientations and ensuring all mandatory safety tickets are valid, current, and properly inputted in Bis Safety.
  • Assist when required with the recruitment process for field-based roles, including resume screening and interview coordination, to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates to meet project demands.
  • Maintain a professional and functional hub at the Leduc facility by managing front desk operations, office inventory, and all incoming/outgoing Purolator shipments.
