- Communication and building rapport with purchasers on an ongoing basis from post-sale through completion and warranty.
- Manage client expectations, play a key role in creating a positive and professional experience
- Assist homeowners, real estate agents and property and strata managers by
- Leading the turnover of new homes to new owners ensuring a high level of buyer satisfaction.
- Being the point person liaising between the construction team and new homeowners.
- Becoming familiar with each build, any buyer with specific changes or modifications and providing the necessary information and being the double check the construction team is delivering on the specification and the sales team’s files are also in sync.
- handling homeowner inquiries during construction and close-out process
- addressing homeowner concerns efficiently
- Completing close-out & warranty process on new homes
- Conduct owner walk-through pre-delivery inspection
- Following up with homeowners on repairs and warranty items
- Schedule 1-year warranty inspections and working with the construction team to address any deficiencies or warranty items.
- Assisting in forward facing materials such as FAQs, graphic assets, and infographics.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Complete homeowner pre-delivery inspections prior to closings
- Record, track and report on deficiencies and repairs
- Schedule warranty inspections & record, track and report on deficiencies and repairs
- Liaison between builders, trades and homeowners
- Actively involved in site visits when required
- Responsible for homeowner communication and inquiries related to the construction or the ongoing ownership of their home and ensuring they are addressed in a timely manner
- Support in compliance, contract management and closing processes
- Be familiar with the products, Disclosure Statements and legal documents in time.
- Must be eligible to work in Canada – can provide SIN documentation·
- Proven experience in residential building or similar role in customer service settings
- Strong administrative, records management and organizational skills
- Strong communication, problem-solving abilities and familiarity with real estate and building terminology
- Conflict management ability founded in exceptional listening skills, patience and a customer-oriented attitude
- Detail oriented and experience with proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity
- Familiarity with quality assurance and control processes and documentation
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
