  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in Oracle Functional/Technical knowledge in Oracle Financials like GL, AP, FA, TCA, EBTAX modules
  • Experience with Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflow, SQL & PL/SQL, XML Publisher Reports and Templates
  • Experience with CEMLI’s to extend application functionality as per business needs
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills
  • Ability to resolve minor conflicts/issues using different tactics prior to escalation
  • Knowledge of cost/benefit analysis, risk assessment, and quantification methodologies
  • Demonstrated ability in interviewing, data modeling, business process modeling, business object modeling, and user interface design
  • Ability to work independently
  • Organized with strong time management

Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • Exposure to COUPA P2P Modules such as Procure-to-Invoice and Expenses or similar
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Support invoice processing for suppliers
  • Work with complex information systems and develop or modify existing systems through analysis of business and user needs
  • Serve as an advisor and partner between the business/group and technology to define & document technology requirements
  • Provide subject matter expertise for all IT systems related initiatives
  • Manage initiatives, support, and deliver on operational goals
  • Act as a primary liaison between the business and Technology & Operations
  • Support business in production support, system enhancements, product upgrades, and development
  • Break down strategic problems, analyze data and information to provide insights and recommendations
  • Track metrics and milestones, make recommendations for resolution and escalate as appropriate when issues arise
  • Research and document sponsor/stakeholder needs in accordance with Project Life Cycle methodology
  • Estimate activities required to perform requirements gathering and acceptance testing
  • Execute and document test plans to ensure quality, perform unit testing, and integration testing
  • Build effective relationships with internal/external stakeholders
  • Execute work to deliver timely, accurate, and efficient service
