- Lead and develop a maintenance team supporting high-speed packaging equipment.
- Ensure maximum equipment uptime while maintaining strict compliance with GMP, FDA, and Health Canada regulations.
- Oversee and continuously improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs to support validated and regulated production processes
- Manage maintenance activities in controlled environments (cleanrooms), ensuring adherence to hygiene, contamination control, and safety standards.
- Support equipment qualification and validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ) in collaboration with Engineering and Quality teams.
- Ensure proper documentation practices, including CMMS work orders, change control, deviation investigations, and audit-ready records.
- At least five years of leadership experience, working in a maintenance setting.
- A strong technical background- mechanical engineering degree
- Proficiency in preventative maintenance, asset reliability, and facilities oversight.
- Strong collaboration skills to align multi-disciplinary teams to work together
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal).
- Experience managing a production facility with multiple shifts.
- CET or other professional designations are an asset.
- Experience with CMMS implementation is an asset.
- Experience with GMP is an asset.
