The team is united by a shared mission to deliver best-in-class reproductive healthcare and personalized fertility support.About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our client's clinical team. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the CEO & Medical Director, supporting a growing roster of patients and contributing to the design and delivery of high-quality fertility care. As an NP, you will assess, diagnose, treat, and follow up with patients, manage fertility protocols, and play an integral role in the operational execution of new programs and initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesClinical DutiesDeliver primary and specialized reproductive care under the guidance of medical directives and within the NP scope of practicePerform comprehensive health assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plansLead patient consultations, including new intakes and follow-upsConduct physical examinations and assist in in-office procedures as requiredPrescribe medications and coordinate fertility treatment protocols (e.g., IUI, IVF)Document all patient interactions accurately in the EMR systemCollaborate with clinical teams to support patient education and care planningParticipate in fertility cycle monitoringSupport recruitment and onboarding of patients into clinical studiesCommunicate regularly with the Medical Director and other clinical leads to ensure cohesive care deliveryAttend and chair meetings relating to medical compliance and quality assurance (e.g., CPSO, OHPIP, IHF)Uphold all safety, privacy, and clinical standards in accordance with clinic SOPs and Ontario healthcare regulationsStrategic and Operational InvolvementContribute to identifying and implementing workflow improvements across the clinicHelp develop and launch new services and programs, including those offered at satellite locationsWork collaboratively with operational leaders, vendors, and clinical teams on cross-functional projectsPromote the integration of evidence-based practices across new and existing care pathwaysQualifications - Canadian StandardsRegistered Nurse in the Extended Class (RN-EC) with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)Completion of a Master's degree in Nursing/Nurse Practitioner Program from an accredited Canadian institutionCurrent registration and licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in Ontario (primary care or adult/NP specialty stream)Minimum 1 year of clinical experience, ideally in fertility, women's health, or a related fieldDemonstrated experience in ordering diagnostics, interpreting lab results, prescribing, and developing care plansProficiency with EMR systems and clinical documentationUp-to-date knowledge of Ontario's healthcare regulations, CPSO/CNO guidelines, and patient confidentiality lawsStrong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays on a rotating basisWillingness to travel between clinic and satellite locations, as neededWhy This Opportunity?Join a forward-thinking team that is transforming fertility care in CanadaCompetitive compensation with benefits and perksConvenient location near major transit routes, with on-site parking availableCareer advancement and professional development opportunitiesWork with cutting-edge reproductive technologies in a state-of-the-art facilityCollaborate with a respected clinical leader and visionary medical teamContribute meaningfully to an inclusive and mission-driven healthcare organizationIdeal Candidate ProfileEmpathetic - You provide patient-centered care with compassion and discretionConfident & Competent - You practice independently within scope and collaborate effectivelyOrganized - You manage clinical tasks and multiple priorities with easeProactive - You take initiative to enhance patient care and clinic efficiencyTeam-Oriented - You thrive in a multidisciplinary setting that values communication and collaborationInterested candidates please contact or send CV to: rohini@canamrecruiting.caRohini Patel M.D.
