Job description:We are seeking an experienced and strategic Mining Transformation Advisory Director to lead our team in driving progressive initiatives within the mining industry. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of mining business processes, mining operations, technology with a focus on IT/OT, core operational systems, and the ability to create customer value in mining operations. The individual should also have a strong understanding of key players in mining companies and a proven record in full sales with a particular emphasis on acquiring new logosRequired Skills
  • Demonstrate a profound understanding of mining business processes, finding opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Mining Operations Mastery: Showcase expertise in mining operations, providing strategic insights to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Technology Background in IT/OT: Possess a strong technology background, especially in Information technology (IT) Operational Technology (OT), and leverage this knowledge to drive technological advancements in the mining sector.
  • Have a deep understanding of core operational systems within the mining industry, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices!
  • Proactively identify and implement strategies to build value in mining operations, optimizing processes for maximum efficiency and profitability.
  • Maintain an up-to-date awareness of key players in the mining industry, understanding their roles, contributions, and industry influence.
  • Sales Expertise - New Logo Acquisition: Demonstrate a consistent track record in full sales, with a focus on acquiring new logos within the mining sector.
  • Drive the sales process while leveraging Capgemini subject matter authorities and executives, as needed!
