Equation Staffing is recruiting on behalf of a very busy and well-established client in Edmonton, AB. We are looking for a skilled and motivated 2nd, 3rd, or 4th Year Plumbing Apprentice to join their growing team. This role involves hands-on service and maintenance work on both commercial and residential plumbing, heating, and cooling systems. 2nd Year: $22.80 – $24.00 / hr
3rd Year: $26.60 – $28.00 / hr
4th Year: $30.40 – $32.00 / hr
Responsibilities:
Perform service, maintenance, and repair work on plumbing and HVAC systems
Assist with renovations and system upgrades
Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing and mechanical issues
Work independently and as part of a team on both commercial and residential job sites
Qualifications:
Registered as a 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year apprentice plumber in Alberta
Prior experience in service work, repairs, and renovations is highly preferred
Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
