- Partner with HR and Talent Acquisition leaders to shape onboarding strategies aligned with business goals.
- Facilitate workshops to translate onboarding vision into SAP SuccessFactors capabilities.
- Advise clients on onboarding best practices, compliance, and experience design.
- Lead the configuration and deployment of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding, including integration with Recruiting and Employee Central.
- Design onboarding workflows, forms, and experiences tailored to client needs.
- Ensure seamless integration with third-party systems (e.g., background checks, provisioning tools).
- Apply design thinking to create onboarding journeys that are intuitive, engaging, and inclusive.
- Introduce innovations such as mobile onboarding, preboarding portals, and personalized content.
- Continuously improve onboarding processes through analytics and feedback.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
- Support testing, training, and change enablement activities.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing within the SAP COI and HR tech team.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
- Strong understanding of onboarding processes and employee lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding and related modules.
- Ability to manage client relationships and lead workshops.
- Proficiency in system configuration, data migration, and integration.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR technology consulting, with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors.
- Proven experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding.
- SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding certification (preferred).
- Experience working with global clients and distributed teams.
- Certifications in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Employee Central.
- Experience with onboarding analytics and experience platforms.
- Exposure to compliance and regulatory onboarding requirements.
