The Senior Project Manager leads a portfolio of multiple construction projects, overseeing Project Managers and their teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget. This is a senior leadership role requiring strong operational oversight, client management, financial control, and team development.The ideal candidate is a seasoned construction leader who can manage complex project portfolios and drive consistency across teams.
  • Manage multiple projects and project teams simultaneously.
  • Ensure all projects meet profitability targets, schedules, and contractual requirements.
  • Oversee cost reporting, forecasting accuracy, and documentation consistency.
  • Lead client relationships throughout pre-construction and construction.
  • Act as escalation point for owners, consultants, and subcontractors.
  • Review and enforce baseline schedules, budgets, and cost control processes.
  • Manage tendering, RFPs, and project execution plans.
  • Select, develop, mentor, and performance‑manage Project Managers and staff.
  • Support workforce planning-ensuring the right people are assigned to the right projects.

  • 10+ years of project management experience in high-rise construction.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management, risk management, contracts, scheduling, and forecasting.
  • Proven track record delivering multiple large-scale projects successfully.
  • Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Ability to motivate teams and drive consistent project management practices.
  • Experience with Procore, Jonas, SharePoint.
  • PMP or Gold Seal Certification.
  • Previous field experience.
  • Strong understanding of QA/QC standards.

  • Competitive base salary ranging from $160,000 to $200,000 CAD.
