This position involves supporting day-to-day operational tasks, preparing reports, coordinating database activities, and ensuring data accuracy within a dynamic environment. Manage ticketing tasks and process requests efficiently
Create and prepare PowerPoint presentations for various reporting needs
Assist with month-end activities during busy periods
Coordinate database updates, testing, and modifications
Review database user requests to estimate project scope, time, and costs
Support team efforts in database management and security measures
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure project success

Desired Skill-Set:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Background in finance or accounting preferred
Experience with reconciliation processes
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Basic understanding of database management systems
Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills

Nice to Have:

Prior experience with ticketing systems and process requests
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Previous roles involving database security or testing
Mentoring skills for team support
