Safely transfer medically stable patients between hospitals, care facilities, and residences throughout the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley
Provide attentive "bed-to-bed" service — transferring patients by wheelchair, stretcher, or stair chair alongside your partner
Reassure patients and families with a calm, compassionate presence at every step
Complete vehicle safety checks and maintain a clean, sanitary environment
Represent Hospital Transfers with professionalism and care to patients, families, Health Authorities, and partner institutions

What You'll Need (Requirements)Because we work directly with patients at their most vulnerable, our team meets the same professional standards as the healthcare facilities we serve:
Valid Class 5 BC Driver's Licence with at least 3 years' driving experience
Clean Driver's Abstract
Valid WorkSafe BC recognized Basic First Aid (or equivalent)
Ability to pass a Criminal Record Check (children and vulnerable adults)
Vaccinations in accordance with the Immunization Policy for Health Care Workers
Proof of first and second dose of Covid-19 vaccination (per Company policy)
Why Hospital TransfersPermanent, full-time work in a stable industryScheduling that fits a 365-day operation. We operate 365 days a year with shifts between 5:00 AM and midnight. Schedules are assigned based on operational needs and may include a Monday–Friday or 4 on/4 off rotation.
