
Account Executive, NHC

- Collaborate with CMA AE's and utilize relationships to drive lead volumes in a timely manner to our NHC Account Specialists
- Work with builders to ensure accurate occupancy reports are developed to measure sales against a true reflection of occupied units
- Secure permission to schedule on site lobby events and demos showcasing Rogers as the service provider of choice
- Connect with builder partners and CMA to develop cobranded sales and marketing strategies to maximize the opportunity
- Develop a site level scorecard speaking to marketing tactics and competitive intelligence
- Focus on building site level relationships in equal, non-partnered and low-penetrated sites in your assigned portfolio and think creatively to maximize the opportunity
- Conduct business reviews to collect information on all NHC opportunity, establish organizational needs and share that intelligence with management team
- Stay current with new and emerging trends relating to industry, vertical and product knowledge
- Develop a professional Rogers brand based on credibility, service and accountability with builders, leasing agents, property managers and site contacts
- Utilize relationships to provide accurate occupancy dates and procure leads for the Account Specialist sales team, based on the marketing agreements in place
- Organize events to promote Rogers as the service provider of choice, maximizing the sales opportunity for the Account Specialists
- Keep up-to-date information on your portfolio by utilizing the CRM; tracking of occupancy data, leads and activities to maintain accurate reporting
- Speak persuasively on the competitive advantage of Rogers current marketing offers vs competitors
- 3 + years' experience in a sales role within a Communications, Information or Technology organization
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills to work effectively with internal teams throughout the organization
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure and tight deadlines
- Knowledge of the residential construction industry is an asset
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Must have a valid class 5 driver's license
- Must have a car to use for business
- Must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time
- 3 to 5 years of Business Development experience
- Strong knowledge of the residential real estate and development industry
