Our Montreal based client is seeking an experienced Senior SAP Testing Lead to join their team immediately and will run until January 2027, with possibility of an extension. The ideal candidate should have 8 + years of testing experience along with strong team leadership. This is a hybrid role that requires working on-site 2-3 days per week with some international European travel required down the road with more information to come.Key Responsibilities:
  • The Testing Lead will be responsible for overall strategy and design to ensure the S/4 roll out to Europe will run smoothly and be in working order for their European business process and per the requirements of the target countries.
  • The ideal candidate will know how to use ‘’Qtest’’ as a testing tool.
  • Team leadership, and strategic quality planning to ensure high quality product delivery.
  • Define test strategy, test plans, and resource needs for projects and assess requirements, identify risks, and ensure test readiness.
  • Lead functional, integration, regression, and system testing.
  • Manage defect tracking, triage meetings, and release sign-off.
  • Quality Leadership & Planning.
  • Process Improvement.
  • Stakeholder & Cross Team Collaboration.
  • Experience with automation Tosca is an asset.
  • French and Spanish Proficiency is an asset.
