Job Description and RequirementsEVB - Validation Supervisor
The Validation Supervisor is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing all aspects of the validation and characterization processes to ensure that systems meet quality and performance. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams including architecture, design, verification, firmware, marketing and facilities to ensure features are achieved within the planned milestones. Candidates will have the opportunity to implement & execute strategies to continuously improve efficiency and mitigate project risk for next generation DDR and HBM PHY products.Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor validation team of approximately ten personnel, ensuring that validation activities are executed effectively and efficiently
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization in the validation process; including development and improvement of existing validation infrastructure
  • Coordinate and manage validation activities, including silicon bring up, testing, debug, data collection, and analysis
  • Conduct code and document review for customer deliverables
  • Enable the team to innovate and deep dive into any technical analysis, debugging and prototyping of next generation features
  • Create, review and maintain comprehensive validation documentation, including test plans, test scripts, and validation/characterization reports
  • Perform risk assessments and communicate technical risks to stakeholders
  • Manage a project schedule consisting of audits, equipment maintenance, and inventory of test-chips/equipment
  • Manage lab expansion across several countries/company locations and sites
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • A solid understanding of JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office
  • 5+ years of experience in silicon validation methodologies
  • 3+ years of technical leadership at program level & leading a team of engineers
  • Highly organized with willingness for project management and issue tracking
  • Excellent project management, organizational and leadership skills
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data integrity
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
