- The driver will be covering a night linehaul running two trips a night from Peterborough to Mississauga.
- Will be required to operate a forklift. In-house certification to be provided.
- Work schedule will be Monday Evening to Saturday morning with departure time of 18:00.
- Ensure timely and safe transportation of goods to designated destinations.
- Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip vehicle inspections to maintain safety and compliance.
- Adhere to all applicable transportation laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and other drivers to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain a clean and organized truck cab and trailer.
- Class 1 or AZ license required.
- Ability to complete proper pre/post & inter trips.
- Knowledge of ELD (Electronic Logging Devices.)
- Knowledge of hours of service.
- Knowledge of load securement TDG & WHMIS
- Must be reliable, dependable, and hard working.
- Must have experience operating a forklift
- Must be able to provide a clean criminal record check, drivers abstract, and work related references.
