
Specialist, Enterprise Tax

What you will do
- Research and analyze a wide variety of tax issues, including assistance with structuring domestic and international investments
- Prepare corporate, partnership, trust, and personal tax returns
- Prepare draft technical memos, instruction letters to legal counsel, and client reporting letters for senior staff review
- Prepare income tax models
- Review corporate and personal tax returns
- Review tax provisions for larger audit and non-audit clients
- Interact with clients and other team members
- Assist senior staff members in all aspects of corporate tax initiatives
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a public accounting firm
- Completed undergraduate degree is required
- Successfully passed the CFE (or awaiting results), or currently holds or is actively pursuing a CPA designation
- Currently enrolled or willling to enroll in the In-Depth tax Course
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership and team-building skills
- Strong time-management abilities and self-motivation
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Keen to assist in the development and implementation of tax planning strategies for various clients
- Willing to take on and learn new skills by researching a wide variety of tax issues
- Excellent client service skills with an aptitude to understand the clients' business and maintain strong client relationships
