The GTM Systems Operations is crucial for the success and scalability of our Go-to-Market efforts. We are the drivers of the system, process, and data improvements that unlock new possibilities across the Sales, Revenue Operations and GTM organization. The Sr. BSA, Top of Funnel, will work within the Sales Automation team to support, build and maintain solutions for the Top of the Funnel value stream.ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you'll:

Collaborate with product owners, builders, and program managers to architect and manage solutions within Salesforce as well as adjacent technologies
Develop and maintain a holistic view of CRM-based processes and user personas to ensure your projects are compatible with upstream and downstream systems and processes
In partnership with the product owner and Technical Lead, Own projects end to end to improve the way our Go-To-Market and internal teams leverage Salesforce, Salesloft, DataCloud and ETL tools.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions and balance project timelines from a diverse group of stakeholders with varying priorities and levels of technical acumen.
Engage in requirement gathering and stakeholder management for the prioritized work.
Partner with 3rd party vendors to implement new out of the box features and design custom solutions.

4-8 years of experience with Salesforce implementation, Support and Maintenance.
Must have experience with Salesforce admin work and Sales Cloud / CTA management
Demonstrated ability to understand business needs and translate user requirements into system requirements
Salesforce Admin Certification
Advanced knowledge of and experience with Salesforce Flow
Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills
Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical architecture into digestible information for varying levels of experience and detail
Experience collaborating with a global team

Desired:

Salesforce Platform App Builder or Salesforce Developer 1 Certifications
Experience designing and building in Salesforce for a large user base (2000+)
Prior technical consulting experience
Analytics, SOQL and SQL experience
Experience partnering with third-party tool vendors and collaborating on feature implementation

LocationThis role will be remote and based in Ontario, British Columbia or Alberta, Canada.TravelWe prioritize connection and opportunities to build relationships with our customers and each other. Based in British Columbia: CAD 99,760.00 - CAD 124,700.00
Target Bonus Percentage: 12.5%
