- Architect product security controls by defining security architecture, trust boundaries, and control objectives.
- Run system-level threat models and allocate mitigations across hardware, firmware, and software.
- Translate guidance into security requirements and verification plans, including deriving security requirements from FDA and consensus standards.
- Write and maintain product security documentation, including design-level architecture views and trust boundaries.
- Support pen test technical execution by managing technical interfaces during product testing.
- Define post-release remediation technical scope and coordinate with engineering for validated deployment.
- Implement security controls in software, building or modifying product security mechanisms in code.
- Integrate secure SDLC tooling and gates, and enforce build and release checks.
- Support software update cybersecurity processes by assessing impact and producing necessary security artifacts.
- Maintain software security documentation and ensure change/release traceability.
- Implement and verify remediation from CVEs and pen test findings, ensuring closure evidence is captured.
- Support release readiness for sustaining updates, including vulnerability-driven update releases.
- Expertise in cybersecurity, firmware, and software.
- Experience in building cybersecurity measures into products.
- Familiarity with security architecture, threat modeling, and mitigation allocation.
- Proficiency in secure update flows, logging, telemetry, integrity protections, and hardening patterns.
