- Create, edit and distribute compelling written and multimedia content for both internal and external audiences.
- Lead internal communication initiatives to support organizational culture, employee engagement, and leadership visibility.
- Coordinate and deliver communication support for internal and external events, announcements, and stakeholder engagements.
- Oversee content development for digital platforms, including social media, websites, intranet, and newsletters.
- Develop and execute internal and external content strategy, working with peers public affairs and marketing to ensure consistency of messages across the enterprise.
- Contribute to the development and execution of communication strategies with external stakeholders, in collaboration with global communication, public affairs, and marketing teams to ensure consistency of messages across the business.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal partners, executives, and key media contacts across Canada.
- Support public relations efforts by identifying opportunities to elevate the company’s visibility and reputation.
- Support dignitaries and customers’ visits and deliveries.
- Maintain procedures and processes to ensure that communications activities are carried out on time and in a consistent and efficient manner, in accordance with company commitments and corporate standards.
- Collaborate with global teammates to ensure effective communications and support.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism and or a related field.
- A minimum of five years of experience in communications, in internal communications and external communications, public relations or a combination of these fields.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse audiences and channels in French and in English.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively to internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms. Experience in managing social media and creating content is preferred.
- Understanding of industry practices and standards in communications
- Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with executives, internal partners, external agencies, and key media contacts.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience in media relations across Canada is an asset.
- Ability to travel up to 5% as needed.
