Brandt is currently seeking a Parts Person for our Regina location. The Parts Person is responsible for looking up and correctly cataloging dismantle units, as well as aiding our Service and PreDelivery Inpsection teams in finding necessary parts, offering pricing information, and processing online parts orders. The position entails executing parts inventory duties that bolster our Parts Business by supporting Warehouse & Service operations. This role reports to the Parts Manager, working collaboratively to deliver optimal outcomes for customers.Duties & Responsibilities
  • Problem solving
  • Lookup & Catalogue dismantle machine parts
  • Locate parts and other materials for the Service and PreDelivery Inspectio Teams
  • Make inventory and bin adjustments
  • Accurately and completely document all dismantle machine part unit lists
  • Use parts and warehousing equipment and computer systems
  • Other duties as required

  • Capable of meeting physical demands of parts/warehousing trade
  • Effective customer service skills and ability to build lasting partnerships with customers both over the phone and via email
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Proficiency in operating a personal computer and utilizing software such as Excel to input and manage data effectively
Required Experience
  • Previous experience in the parts industry preferred
  • Solid foundation of parts/warehousing knowledge and skills
  • Journeyperson Certification is considered an asset
  • Capable of meeting physical demands of parts/warehousing trade
