- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for credit card systems.
- Lead and support initiatives across one or more credit card domains:
- Origination application intake, underwriting, approval workflows.
- Servicing account maintenance, customer service processes.
- Collections delinquency management, recovery strategies.
- Rewards points accrual, redemption, loyalty programs.
- Disputes chargeback handling, fraud investigation.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
- Work closely with development, QA, and product teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (scrum, sprint planning, retrospectives) and Waterfall project phases as needed.
- Create process flows, wireframes, and documentation using tools like Visio, Confluence, and MS Office Suite.
- Manage JIRA boards and ensure traceability of requirements through the development lifecycle.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including business users, technical teams, and leadership.
- Support testing and validation efforts, including UAT coordination and defect triaging.
