Strategy and Operational Deployment:You will be empowered to lead the Business development part for Key Accounts within Canada along with all Dcom platforms in Canada. You will working with the marketing team, digital marketing excellence, embodying a culture of consumer and customer obsession and work to be a pioneer in the world of digital marketingUI's Canada's next phase of growth is going to come from brand building at scale beyond the few big account, along with replicating Dcom best practices for UI in the Dcom space.The prime Dcom accounts will be Amazon and Walmart.ca and will have to lead team and partner to deliver profitable, sustainable growth. Would need to build joint business plans (JBP), lead retail media strategy, raise content and availability standards, and orchestrate crossfunctional execution (CD, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing). The role serves as lynchpin between marketing, finance , SC , key retailers and our distribution partners.Other key Accounts:Loblow.caKA: Metro / Sobey's / SDM / Jean coutu / MckessonKey Responsibilities:Setup infrastructure required to run the DCom business, including but not limited to setting put the right Partner to be able to make Ecom-fit packs and resolve the last mile delivery, profitably.Own the annual and quarterly JBP with Amazon and Walmart.ca (growth drivers, mix, pricing & promo, portfolio, retail media, supply chain SLAs).Use a customer maturity matrix to diagnose partner capability and prioritise actions that unlock growth.Negotiate commercial terms, investment phasing, and testandlearn roadmaps across both 1P and 3P models where relevantLead strategy and execution across Amazon Ads (Sponsored Ads & DSP) and Walmart Connect, integrating with brand media to maximise incremental ROAS/TACoS and share growth.Run audience and keyword strategies, retail search optimisation, and flighting around commercial moments (e.g., Prime Day, Boxing Week).Own PDP excellence agenda: SEOrich titles, bullets, A+ Content/Rich Media, Brand Stores, and Item 360 on Walmart.ca.Ensure EN/FR bilingual content standards and claims compliance for Canada.Drive share of page, search rank on priority keywords, and content health scoresWorks closely with customers to implement the business plan. Works in close collaboration with the Category Team for the category input, and with customer marketing & brand teams for the specific banner/channel planDevelop and then implements the optimal integrated promo plan (incl. selling the plan to the customer) and manage promo investments.Manages customer promo investment with the customer ensuring all MAP accruals input are completed in a timely manner.Provide clear objectives and deliverables for the Operational team (CDE's Operations & field team)UI Business Development, Finance, Supply Chain and Marketing teamsGlobal Dcom communityPartner with Dcom and KAM team of *** Canada for collaborationKey retailers and distributorsScrub Daddy TeamOver 3-5 years' experience in FMCG industry in building brands globally, driving digital marketing, Customer Development and Trade MarketingJob Sumary:
