Apply today to join our team!As an Electronics Instrument Control Technician with VCH you will:
  • Design and build electronic circuits.
  • Design and implement solutions to issues and problems and perform fault analyses.
  • Perform skilled work in the installation, alteration, troubleshooting, maintenance, service and repair of electronic equipment and systems.
  • Interpret existing or prepares new sketches, diagrams or schematic drawings.
  • Understand, operate and modify computer software for electronic equipment/systems and building automation systems (BAS).
  • Work in accordance with applicable by-laws, codes and standards on all that is performed on equipment/devices.
QualificationsEducation & Experience
  • Graduate of a recognized diploma program in Electronic Technology plus five (5) years’ recent, related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
  • Industry and vendor equipment certifications as required.
Knowledge & Abilities
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to deal with others effectively.
  • Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings and specifications.
  • Ability to organize work.
  • Ability to operate related equipment.
