As a Project Advisor, you help identify needs, impacts and solutions for the various deliverables for Group Retirement Savings projects. You interact with many stakeholders working in a wide range of fields. Coordination is critical. You must be comfortable in multidisciplinary teams. You support the more experienced professionals in your unit and help prepare opinions and implementation plans in accordance with your discipline’s rules. You serve as an expert advisor and subject matter expert, as well as a resource person for business development managers. More specifically, you will be required to :Serve as a resource person during the start-up and feasibility phases of projects stemming from strategic directions and business positions, as part of product and service development.Identify, define, analyze and document the needs behind a project, and review stakeholder needs, benefits, constraints or business opportunities to be factored into the project’s scope and execution.Help design business solutions and implementation strategies to meet client needs and ensure that deliverables reflect business strategies, meet quality standards and are completed on time.Help develop solutions and prepare communication and training strategies.Help draft and validate documentation and training material, as required.Identify, develop and propose solutions throughout projects.Confirm positions with managers.Serve as a resource person and trainer for business development colleagues.Help assess the client’s business situation and model and document business processes.What we offer*Competitive salary and annual bonus4 weeks of flexible vacation starting in the first yearDefined benefit pension plan that provides predictable, stable income throughout retirementGroup insurance including telemedicineReimbursement of health and wellness expenses and telework equipment*Benefits apply based on eligibility criteria.What you bring to the tableBachelor's degree in a related fieldA minimum of four years of relevant experiencePlease note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be consideredExperience with group retirement savingsKnowledge of French requiredExpert proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients Business insight, Interpersonal Savvy#LI-HybridTrade Union (If applicable)At Desjardins, we believe in equity, diversity and inclusion.
