As a Project Advisor, you help identify needs, impacts and solutions for the various deliverables for Group Retirement Savings projects. You interact with many stakeholders working in a wide range of fields. Coordination is critical. You must be comfortable in multidisciplinary teams. You support the more experienced professionals in your unit and help prepare opinions and implementation plans in accordance with your discipline’s rules. You serve as an expert advisor and subject matter expert, as well as a resource person for business development managers.
