I'm flexible on the arrangement and open to part time, full time, or live in depending on what works best. I'm a single mom and just looking for the right support with both the kids and the home. I work late 2 to 3 evenings a week, so I need someone comfortable managing evenings and picking up my son from daycare, school, or summer camp. Reliable transportation is required. My daughter will be home during the day, so I'm looking for someone who can engage her in activities and provide attentive care. She is currently in the process of getting her vaccinations, which is why she is not in daycare yet. I'm also looking for someone comfortable with cleaning, organizing, and light household chores. On nights I work late, I need someone comfortable with bedtime and staying in bed with the kids until I get home, as they currently sleep with me. Compensation I am offering $3, 500 per month for a live in position, or $15 to $20 per hour for a live out arrangement, depending on experience and credentials.
